Receiving of Ordered Item - After placing an order, Unlistore’s Customer Service team will conduct the verification process and will send an update through email and SMS as soon as possible.
Successful verification is within the time frame 24 – 48 hours after ordered date.
For Metro Manila Areas 1-7 calendar days are to be expected for receiving your order while for Non-Metro Manila Areas 5-12 calendar days with both the exception of Sundays and Holidays.
Prearranging the Date of Delivery - As of now, the courier service of Unlistore is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries. Therefore, we can not guarantee a specific time or date for the delivery of your order.
Ordering of Multiple Items but Receiving One - Whenever our customer ordered multiple items in a single order, we ship it immediately and together as soon as all the items are available. So, if for instance you ordered multiple items and received one, you can call our Customer Care for inquiries and for them to be able in helping you track your unreceived order.
Express Delivery - Although we currently do not have the option of Express Delivery, we always ensure that your orders are delivered within the promised timeframe.
Cancellation of Order After Shipment - For cancellation requests, you can call or email us so we can advise our courier ahead of time.
If Package Arrives and You are not Available or Home - You will need to sign a letter of authorization to confirm and indicate a second party. The second party should present a valid ID along with letter of authorization from you.
